A few weeks before her 25th birthday, Zoe receives a welcome brochure to the League of Heroes, she is a halfling - half human and half protector. All her senses are in sensitive mode, she has super strength, her telekineses skills are currently on and off - to top it all she is in love with a human, George Bailey Taylor. Their paths cross as Zoe needs to complete her mission which is to acquire Aphrodite's girdle. Her arch enemy is none other than her very own cousin who has his own set of issues. Zoe's life seems to be chaotic and confusing but who's life isn't especially since she is a super hero in training.
This is a light novel, the lead character is a sexy, bewildered librarian with ultra sensitive yet unpredictable skills. George Bailey (I love his name) although human, shows enormous strength as he overcomes obstacles to prove his love for Zoe. This is a whimsical romantic book, a good weekend relaxing read.
